Job Duties include:

• Provide exceptional service for all guests.
• Cleaning of guest rooms and public areas including, but not limited to, making beds, dusting, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, and restocking of supplies.
• Occasional assistance with laundry duties.
• Ensuring proper communication with other departments to ensure all guest needs are met.
• Reporting of maintenance deficiencies within guestrooms and public areas.
• Weekly deep cleaning of specified rooms.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

Position Requirements

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
• Outgoing personality, able to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, good physical fitness, able to perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with mínimal supervision, under strict timelines.
• Professional appearance.

PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS HOTEL AND CLEANING EXPERIENCE.
