About the Role:


A day in the life:


  • Actively participate in and lead projects (e.g. process improvement, employer branding, campus relations, etc.)
  • Participate in recruitment and networking events
  • Keep up to date on industry and talent acquisition trends and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with HRBPs and Total Rewards to align on targeted profiles and benchmarking

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or equivalent related experience
  • Minimum of 24 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in corporate and sales roles
  • Technical aptitude with proficiency with MS Office Suite, Slack/Teams/Zoom, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Greenhouse)
  • Recruitment experience in a SaaS environment would be considered a definite asset
  • Results driven and outcomes focused
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and natural ability to build trusting relationships
  • Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced, high growth environment
  • Excellent organizational, priority management skills, and detailoriented
  • Proactive, independent, and solutionsoriented
  • Excellent collaborator and team player
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Fluency in both English and French is considered an asset
