Job Title:

Lead Host

Job Summary
The lead host will provide support to the managers on duty and guide the host team per shift scheduled.

They will oversee all customer requests regarding their reservation on a daily basis and provide a professional and polite first interaction with the guests under the culture of Stock Bar.

Will manage customer lineups, and flow of the reservation system in an effective way that provides an excellent experience, customer satisfaction and optimization of the space in the restaurant to be able to maximize reservations and walk-ins.

Review daily plotting on the reservation system.
Ensure the table combination on the floor matches the reservation system.
Assign service sections to Guests.
Set up host stations for daily service.
Respond to any guest seating and accessibility concerns or requests according to the brand service culture.
Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the restaurant by dusting, sanitizing, organizing, and completing other cleaning duties as requested by the managers.

Must-have:

High school diploma or GED, 1+ year of experience as lead host, host, reservationist, or similar role
or 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry, culinary.
Open and flexible availability (early morning, evenings, and weekends)
Smart Serve certificate.
Knowledge of Open Table
Guests Center.
Must be legally able to work in Canada.
Customer service experience.
