Customer Experience Associate
Purple was founded in 2017 at the intersection of industrial design, streetwear, and luxury fashion. A collective of friends and industry veterans set out to launch a collection of men's denim and luxury basics. Denim is the anchor of the modern man's wardrobe; Purple is dedicated to making that anchor more interesting.
We have established a rapidly growing market in Canada and the US over the past 6 years; now we have our sights set on global expansion.

We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team in Vancouver, BC, for an in-office position. This is a 6-month temporary position with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, the Customer Experience Associate will play a pivotal role as the initial point of contact for all Purple customers, delivering exceptional customer support and resolving any issues that may arise.
What you will be doing:
- Complete operational tasks such as processing returns, cancellations, and short shipments.
- Communicating with third party shipping companies and our warehouse staff.
- Help manage marketplace orders through partners like Farfetch or Globale.
- Utilize Shopify to modify orders and adjust product information as required.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with all departments and customers.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Previous experience in a customer focused role (e-commerce is an asset but not required).
- Positive attitude, patience, and excellent communication skills.
- Be able to multitask and have strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment and under pressure.
- Proven problemsolving skills.
- Weekend availability required.
Bonus experience:
- Previous experience in the fashion/retail industry.
- Bilingual in Spanish or French is considered an asset (not required).

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC V5T 1A6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
