Description of role:

The dishwasher will work alongside the chef and head chef to prepare meals and wash dishes.

Main responsibilities:

Work as a team with other kitchen staff members
Prepare and cook meat, vegetables and other food items using the appropriate techniques
Optimize the use of food items
Respect the established food presentation standards
Follow workplace protocol and use the designated products and equipment according to the current rules and standards of safety, quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
Carry out all other related tasks

Requirements:

High school diploma
Diploma of Vocational Studies in professional cooking (an asset)
