Job Description:

The Temporary HR Administrator will assist the Human Resources department with administrative tasks and support various HR functions.

**_
This is a temporary position for our Sherwood Park corporate office. This will start _
_immediately __and last for 3 months._**
What would you be doing?

  • Organize and maintain employee files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Input new hire information into the HR database and update existing employee records as necessary.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and archiving HR documents into the HRIS employee files.
  • Support the HR team with ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Does this sound like you?

  • Previous experience in HRIS and ERPs.
  • 12 years of HR administrative support experience or a related field preferred. Should be comfortable with doing repetitive tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work, including meeting multiple demands.
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word, and HRIS.
