Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Business Intelligence to join our team and drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

Reporting to the Director of Planning and Analytics, you will lead a small team of Analysts enable data-driven decision making across the organization (Sales, Marketing and Customer Operations teams) with your leadership in Business Intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence and data analytics including technical skills in SQL, Tableau or PowerBI, etc., and a proven track record of delivering business value through data-driven insights.

Manage a team of analysts, provide guidance and day to day coaching to drive performance and professional growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytical needs, prioritize and deliver reporting and dashboards that add business value
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality and accuracy across all processes and reports
• Augment BI capabilities, develop automated self-serve dashboards and accelerate data-driven decision making across teams
• Stay on top of current and emerging trends in Business Intelligence and Analytics, assess their relevance to and impact on the organization and implement changes as needed

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field with 2-3 years in a people leadership role
• Proven experience in developing and implementing BI solutions
• Prior experience in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI or other). Any experience in Python, R considered an asset
• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests and balance speed with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a keen eye for detail.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
