Développement RH _:

Vous participez activement aux recrutements des stagiaires et alternants

Vous préparez l'accueil des nouveaux embauchés (parcours d'intégration)

Vous participez activement à la gestion des travailleurs temporaires

Formation _:

Vous secondez le service formation dans la gestion administrative de la formation

Communication _:

Vous élaborez les flash infos mensuels

Vous aidez à la mise en place d'actions de mieux-être au travail

Implication du personnel _:

Vous aidez à la préparation des différents audits

Vous participez à l'élaboration des éléments de consultation du bloc politique sociale (bilan social, rapport égalité H/F)

Vous animez le comité de propositions d'amélioration mensuel et vous participez au comité engagement
