Our SaaS solution raisin supports fundraising efforts of over 300 important causes solving critical challenges, including mental health, animal welfare, food security, curing disease and international development.


As the Client Success Manager, you're passionate about working with Non for Profit organizations and helping them maximize the value they get out of our product so they can continue to make an impact for their foundation or charity.

You enjoy learning and working as a team to create beautiful events with the clients and help them strategize how other ways they may maximize the donor experience.


What you'll do:


  • Focus on understanding the client's business needs and goals
  • Provide strategic consultation on best practices
  • Monitoring product adoption and engagement
  • Driving retention by demonstrating successes to date and future opportunities
  • Identifying any risks to the client's goals
  • Advocating on behalf of the clients internally
  • Expanding business by coaching clients in additional opportunities for growth
  • Providing an exceptional level of service that turns clients into advocates
  • 3+ years' experience in customer success, customer experience, NFP or related roles
  • Understands SaaS business and experience working with NFP or Content Management Solutions
  • Enjoys building relationships and cultivating positive client experiences
  • Focuses on new and effective ways to provide value to the clients
  • Approaches problems with a creative mindset and is solutionoriented
  • Thrives in a teamwork collaborative culture environment and loves to learn on the job
