We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Indigenous Registered Social Worker to join our team in Saskatchewan.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Indigenous populations, possess strong knowledge of counselling theory and practice, and be able to deliver clinical psychotherapy services via phone or secure video conferencing.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will provide clinical psychotherapy to Indigenous children, youth, adults, couples, and families. This includes developing individualized treatment plans
and facilitating open
and closed psycho-educational groups.
Key responsibilities also include delivering counselling services via phone or secure video conferencing,
facilitating professional-quality
clinical documentation,
demonstrating crisis intervention skills,
averaging excellent verbal & written communication skills in English,

Requirements:

prioritize possessing a Master’s degree in social work (MSW), registered social worker credentials from the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers , having over three years’ direct counseling experience & numerous training certifications like EMDR EFT CBT DBT Narrative Therapy Solution-Focused Therapy Healing Wheel Seven Grandfather Teachings , ability
to work independently on complex cases demonstrates professionalism
understanding indigenous culture works exceptionally well with teamwork Shows versatile time management organizational expertise .
