Landmark Building Maintenance is seeking a full-time employee with at least 1-year experience in the custodian/ janitorial industry.

This is a heavy duty janitorial job which requires person to be able to mop, vacuum and take out trash.

We are currently seeking a cleaner that can work in Vancouver near the PNE area from 5 PM to 9 PM Monday to Friday and shift available on weekends.

Your own vehicle IS required. There are two sites in Ladner close by and 1 site in Richmond. Gas required for travel between sites will be compensated.


The list of duties includes but is not limited to:

• Both heavy and light-duty cleaning
• Outdoor maintenance: pressure washing, snow removal on side walks, leaf blowing, watering plants, picking up litter, helping with spill, changing light bulbs.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the building including walls, doors, and ceilings
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and scrubbing floors
• Removing and disposing of garbage and recyclables
• Cleaning and disinfecting washrooms
• Dusting of desks, tables, blinds, and computers

Required:

Experience with machines such as snow blower and pressure washer:

• Strong work ethic
• Honest, reliable, and punctual
• Minimum 5year maintenance experience
• Good team player
• Experience with WHMIS is an asset
• Good speaking and understanding of English

Salary:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour
