Position Overview
The role of the Food and Beverage Bartender/Server is to provide the best possible service to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
Job Functions:
- Provide quick and efficient service.
- Take food and beverage orders.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash out functions at the end of each shift.
- Perform daily inventory counts.
- Coordinate with Liquor Manager to audit inventory counts.
- Generate orders to maintain daily stock levels.
- Keep work areas clean and tidy.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Work with service staff in coordination beverage service to the guest.
- Inform Supervisor of any complaints.
- Wash and put away glassware.
- Maintain stock levels of supplies (beer, liquor, glassware, bar fruit, etc.)
- Change kegs and soda bibs.
- Complete any and all duties required by the supervisors or management Maintain the cleanliness of the bar.
Other Skills/Abilities:
- Patience, teamwork, diplomacy, trustworthy, confidence, works well under pressure.
Working Conditions:
- Fast paced, multi-unit, highly demanding, and supporting department.
