ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an efficient, detail-oriented, skilled landscaper to join our team.

In this role with Foris Projects, you will be responsible for the following things:

Follow all company standard operating procedures (ie; be on time, use calendar, etc.)
Work with Project Manager to understand each project.
Manage Foris crew, and materials to complete each project on time and to the Foris quality standard.
Effectively communicate details of plans to customers, management, and crew.
Communicate with clients in a polite and courteous manner. You are the face of our business; problem solving and teamwork is key.
Keep clients and Foris admin apprised of project progress.
Submit all change orders and client requests through PM to ensure everything is documented.
Complete daily documentation and support crew to do the same (tracking time, efficient driving, etc.)
Control grading on site and support solution finding as issues arise, consulting with designer or PM as necessary.
Facilitate daily meetings with crew, having prepared a daily plan and schedule.
Take ownership of the cleanliness of sites, the office and trucks. Manage crew to do the same.
Other aspects of the job include, excavation and demo, prep and installation of paving stones, machine work, planting. Carpentry skills are an asset.

COMMITMENT
Full time 40-50hrs/wk., permanent.
