    Our reputable Educational client is currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Vice President on a day-to-day basis.

    This opportunity is a permanent, full-time position.


    An ideal candidate will provide a broad range of highly confidential administrative support to all of the VP's matters related to the efficient and effective administrative operation of the Office.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide operational and administrative support to the Vice-President ensuring confidentiality and efficient office functioning
    Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
    Manage the VP's calendar, coordinate meetings and events, handle financial management tasks, and assist in human resources and labor relations support

    Ensure utmost confidentiality regarding all information handled within the office, encompassing sensitive areas such as human resources, labor relations, strategic planning, and business continuity planning.

    Possess a thorough understanding of internal policies, procedures, and protocols to effectively prioritize events and meetings following established guidelines.

    Support in creating departmental budget forecasts, estimating costs, and generating analytical reports while ensuring adherence to university policies and procedures.

    Handle financial transactions such as debit memos, expense reimbursements, and bank deposits, and meticulously review invoices for accuracy before processing payments.

    Special event coordination, administrative support for committees, correspondence management, and other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications Required:

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    Experience:
    Minimum of five (5) years supporting senior executives, preferably in the educational industry.
    Proficiency in office management, financial resources, calendar management, and correspondence drafting.

    Skills:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, electronic scheduling software, and financial information systems.
    Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise judgment.
