Overview:

Commercial Project Manager - Part Time Contract

Purpose:


Reports To:
PMA General Manager


Scope:
Part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) for a duration of 6 months (26 weeks).

Responsibilities:


The Commercial Project Manager will establish core project management tools and process as well as having direct involvement in various aspects of key change making initiatives at PMA.


  • Establish the PMA Way of project management by defining and implementing a project management process and tools.
  • Be a core member of PMA's top strategic initiatives and work alongside the project leads to establish agreed project mgmt

methods/process including:

  • A project brief
  • A project timeline
  • An effective sponsor/decision making monthly meeting
  • Effective project team meetings
  • Additional tools as required
  • Work alongside senior leaders and project team members in finance, sales, key accounts, markets and trade to deliver desired outcomes including managing risks and issues proactively to ensure the project remains on track.
  • Define and implement processes and tools that drive effective change management for PMA strategic projects including stakeholder assessments, communication plans and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management function in a marketing and or sales environment.
  • PMP Certification required.
  • Experience working in a beverages, packaged goods or retail environment is preferred.
  • Computer literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook).
