Position Summary:


Account Coordinator is responsible for coordination of multiple projects across several key accounts ensuring projects are delivered to specifications, on time and on budget.


Responsibilities:


  • Work with the entire department to build strong internal relationships across all teams
  • Assist the Account team with administrative tasks which may include: trafficking of projects; creating weekly status and efficiency reports; communicating with external client(s) to ensure projects are ontask, onbrand, onbudget; plus, other tasks as needed
  • Follow up on status of projects internally production, budgets, schedules, and advise teams of any delays/variances
  • Proofread material at all stages of projects
  • Recognize financial terminology and understand its impact on a project budget
  • Deliver against specific, divisional business objectives identified at the beginning of each fiscal year
  • Ensure project materials are received by the client and exceed expectations

Skills:


  • Expert proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detailoriented, proactive and willing to learn new skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Optimistic with a positive 'cando' attitude
  • Works well under pressure, and able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for positive communications with internal teams and external clients
  • Strong organizational skills
with the ability to multi-task


Bonus:


  • Ability to improve, develop and use processes to maximize efficiencies
  • Passion for fashion, beauty and styling
  • French is an asset, but not a requirement

Education/Experience:


  • Postsecondary degree/diploma in Marketing, Project Management, or related discipline preferred
  • 2+ years experience in agency or digital studio
