Trans Canada Safety is looking for a Retail Sales Representative / Inside Sales to provide excellent customer service for our growing store.

Responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:

Greet and direct customers
Answer the telephone
Provide customers with accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and aftersales services)
Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Ensure racks are fully stocked
Maintain presentable and clean product displays
Manage returns of merchandise
Coordinate with the Outside Sales team to provide excellent customer service to Key Accounts
Prepare quotes for customers
Promote quotes to sales order
Various administrative/data entry tasks as requested
Stay uptodate with new products/services

Ultimately, you will ensure that all our customers are satisfied with the service(s) provided, and you will contribute to the store's success.
