Job Requirements
- Customer service excellence with previous customer service experience
- Accurate and efficient data entry
- Professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with keen attention to detail and time management
- Works well under pressure both independently and as an active team member
- Proficient in English & French language, mathematics and proofreading
- Identify and escalate issues to the supervisor in a proactive manner
- Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM, with flexibility to accommodate preapproved overtime, when necessary
Assets
- Previous experience with Spire business management solution
Job Types:

Salary:
$19.00-$20.00 per hour
