Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
• Create and maintain listings of available properties
• Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
• Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
• Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding real estate transactions
• Stay uptodate with real estate laws and regulations

Experience:

• Previous experience in real estate or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record of successful sales or rental transactions

As a Realtor, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in various real estate transactions.
