Description

We are looking for an individual who has the right attitude and a sense of urgency to lead our marketing team.


Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation and conversion across both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Lead and mentor a small and dynamic team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and executive teams to understand their needs and objectives, and develop marketing programs and materials that support their efforts.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using datadriven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and drive results.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in marketing and lead generation, and leverage this knowledge to inform strategy and decisionmaking.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, networking with key stakeholders and promoting our brand and offerings.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and conversion, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and explore new ideas and approaches.
