What is the Opportunity?

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent within the Corporate sector.

This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance and client focused support throughout the recruitment process.

What You'll Do Here:

Conduct full lifecycle recruitment for all open roles across the Corporate portfolio. This includes sourcing, screening resumes, conducting telephone screens, interviewing, reference checks, and composing and extending job offers.
Establish connections, maintain and leverage a professional online and social media presence, and prospect talent through your network.
Communicate on a regular basis with the business to understand and forecast recruitment needs and initiatives.
Assist and consult on the development of job descriptions and job postings.
Identify opportunities for processimprovement.
Use recruitment data and metrics to gain valuable insights into recruitment trends and incorporate into overall recruitment strategies.
Drive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives, and enable career progression by fostering a sense of belonging.

What You Bring to the Team:

5+ years recruitment experience with at least 2 years leading end-to-end recruitment efforts.
Postsecondary education in Human Resources or businessrelated area an asset.
Exceptional organization and emerging project management skills with proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; this includes the ability to make recommendations and influence outcomes.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Passion for and experience with diversity hiring initiatives.
Collaborative selfstarter and creative problem solver.
Experience with SAP is an asset.
Experience with sourcing tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.
