Driver Support Specialist based in
Dartmouth, NS.

Core Job Functions:


  • Address issues raised by operations via the Driver Support Ticket on SeaNet.

Including but not limited to:

  • Automated workflow issues.
  • Paperwork scanning issues.
  • Vehicle connection issues.
  • Assist Driver Care Centre staff as escalation point for Technical Support.
  • Assist Real-Time IT Support Admin as required.

Including but not limited to:

  • Trimble inventory support tasks and auditing.
  • Monthly review of active DSN's vs Fleetlist.
  • Weekly audit and update of PeopleNet vehicle settings.
  • Proactive monitoring of communications with, and restoration of, vehicle connections.
  • Management of ELD conflicts within Trimble/PeopleNet environment.
  • Assist compliance with unidentified Driver and Uncertified Logs when possible.
  • Additional duties as assigned
