    Full Time position at Kingpin St. Catharines, ON, Canada.

    Salary: grading from $50,000.00 to $52,000.00 annually.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all aspects of the culinary operations at Kingpin St Catharines.
    • Work actively with menu creation and planning, costing and new product development.
    • Oversee all execution of foodservice operations (functions and events).
    • Ensure all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and follow supplier relationships as outlined by Bingemans.
    • Purchase product, food, beverage, and paper supplies.
    • Control and adjust labour according to business volume.
    • Consistently monitor and control food costs to achieve budget while maintaining Bingemans standards of quality and quantity.
    • Monitor proper usage and rotation of stored goods, ensuring food safety standards are always followed.
    • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment standards through general and preventive maintenance.
    • Prepare staff schedules according to business volume.
    • Communicate goals, issues, and general information to the kitchen staff and management clearly and effectively.
    • Exemplify a positive, progressive, problem‑solving management style.
    • Work in a team environment with other departments to service guests and exceed expectations.
    • Identify, create, and monitor proper safe work practices and procedures; ensure staff are fully trained in the safe operation and procedures of all applicable operating equipment.
    • Ensure all areas and operating equipment at Kingpin St Catharines are maintained in a safe working condition and that reasonable precautions are taken to protect staff.
    • Enforce, update, and ensure compliance with all health standards, policies, and procedures.
    • Identify hazards and ensure controls are in place to prevent incidents/accidents.
    • Comply with relevant health and safety laws under OH&SA, regulations, and WHMIS.
    • ComplyTicksResponsibilities under the OH&SA regarding supervision.
    • Ensure personal protective proceeds are worn by staff and attend relevant training sessions.
    • Perform other duties as assigned; this job description is not exhaustive.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of Restaurant/Kitchen Management experience љ
    • Post‑Secondary Education in Restaurant Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating employees.
    • Commitment to excellencegui and high standards.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
    • Versatility, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working within constantly changing priorities.
    • Proven leadership and business acumen skills.
    • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.

    • Will be on feet for extended periods of time.
    • Will sit when performing administrative tasks.
    • Will lift and carry items up to 50lbs.
    • Ability to work to the business needs, days, evenings, weekends; extended hours may be required during peak times.
    • Will work varied hours, weekends, and holidays.
    • Food Safety厚 Certification required.
    • Standard First Aid/CPR C required.
