At T1, a great Project Manager:
Is responsible for planning, executing, and managing multiple, complex projects that impact consumer engagement.

As the project lead, you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing deliverables from kick-off through plan development to production of all program elements (creative, digital and/or live-event).

Responsibilities:

The project management of campaigns with a focus on bringing our Clients' robust sponsorship portfolios, which includes professional sports and entertainment partnerships to life.
Define and develop a detailed plan that outlines the project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports and work back schedules, meeting agendas and contact reports.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Establish effective communication channels with the Client, internal T1 stakeholders and project vendors to ensure timely feedback is gathered and appropriate approvals are actioned as per the project work back schedule.
Liaise with production vendors, set quality standards, and ensure project deliverables meet the established criteria. Conduct regular quality assurance checks with all vendors.
Support and track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust project plans as needed. Proactively flag the potential implications of missed deadlines and take corrective actions to ensure the project is kept on track.
Assist with the project cost estimate, monitor, and track all project expenses to ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct postproject evaluation to assess the effectiveness of implemented changes and work on future improvements.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years project management experience; PMO course or certification asset.
Agency or Brand experience with an excellent understanding of program management processes.
Strong understanding and ability to work with internal teams and external production vendors in the creative, live event and digital content spaces.
Excellent project management, problem solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to keep all key project stakeholders accountable to key project milestones and deadlines.
Someone who is super organized and has a strong sense of urgency who can ensure a project is delivered on time and on budget.
Ability to manage and deliver with flawless execution, multiple complex projects at any given time.
A degree, diploma or certificate in marketing communications or a related field is nice to have.
