Job description

The Test Operator is responsible for performing and documenting test procedures as per specifications.


Job Duties:


  • Perform tests on PCBAs (printed circuit boards) in accordance with test procedures.
  • Document testing and record test results.
  • Segregate nonconforming products as per production test specifications.
  • Assemble of PCBAs into chassis using a variety of hardware and tools.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • High school graduate.
  • Experienced in basic computer operations in Windows.
  • 12 years of experience working in electronics manufacturing
  • Ability to work in a team and follow specific instructions
  • Focussed on quality and delivery for the customer.
  • Works well under pressure and meets set deadlines.
  • Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.

Working Conditions:


  • Uses Personal Protection Equipment as required.
  • Overtime as required.
  • Lifting or moving up to 10lbs may be required.
  • Experience in test department for electronics manufacturing is an asset.
  • Experience in using Flying Probe machine would be an asset.

Salary:
From $16.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
