What you will learn and contribute to
We are looking for a Technical Specialist to achieve the digital goal of the IT Network team. In this job, you will

Be responsible for the technical solution, deployment, and service support.
Provide an operational support for deployed solutions.
Coordinate with crossfunctional technical team and stakeholders.
Administer incidents, problems, service requests and changes in line with ITIL practices.
Document the highlevel and lowlevel network design.

Your skills and experience

You have:

Either a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, other STEM degrees, or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of public cloud concepts from Azure, GCP, or AWS, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

It would be nice if you also had:

An understanding of basic network communication, such as TCP/IP
Ability to engage with Customers, Partners, Vendors & service provider, as needed
Knowledge of IP addressing, DHCP & DNS
Knowledge of various routing & switching protocols like OSPF, BGP, VRRP, STP etc.
Knowledge of various WAN connectivity models like SDWAN, MPLS, Point to Point etc.
