What you will learn and contribute to
We are looking for a Technical Specialist to achieve the digital goal of the IT Network team. In this job, you will
- Be responsible for the technical solution, deployment, and service support.
- Provide an operational support for deployed solutions.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional technical team and stakeholders.
- Administer incidents, problems, service requests and changes in line with ITIL practices.
- Document the highlevel and lowlevel network design.
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Either a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, other STEM degrees, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of public cloud concepts from Azure, GCP, or AWS, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
It would be nice if you also had:
- An understanding of basic network communication, such as TCP/IP
- Ability to engage with Customers, Partners, Vendors & service provider, as needed
- Knowledge of IP addressing, DHCP & DNS
- Knowledge of various routing & switching protocols like OSPF, BGP, VRRP, STP etc.
- Knowledge of various WAN connectivity models like SDWAN, MPLS, Point to Point etc.
