- Review and revise the organization's guidelines for resource mobilization and create a strategy and framework for its implementation.
- Establish a team for resource mobilization and knowledge management, and provide technical support to the team by offering training, mentoring, and coaching.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of resource mobilization events on both national and international scales.
- Develop project concept notes and proposals and respond promptly to the donor/s.
- Identify potential partners/donors, facilitate communication, and establish partnerships.
- Degree in Economics, fundraising, international development, business administration/management, social science, public health
- 4 years of professional experience in research resource mobilization, fundraising and/or knowledge management

As a Resource Mobilization Advisor, you will collaborate with Hiwot Ethiopia and its team in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Your role will be focused on strengthening the organization's capabilities to advocate its initiatives and acquire resources to sustain its mission.
Addis Ababa, being the national capital, is Ethiopia's main economic, political, and administrative center. Notably, it is home to the third-largest number of diplomatic missions globally, following New York and Geneva.
