We are looking for a
Motivated Production Shift Manager who will be responsible for supporting the team and our shift operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage the workforce, triage and resolve floor issues
Supervise, evaluate, and coach employees in achieving their skill level
Ensure that products are consistently manufactured according to the highest quality request and compliance with quality standards
Improve work quality

Essential Requirements:

2 year minimum supervisory/management experience in related industry (Production, Manufacturing, etc)
Ready to work a rotating shift pattern
Fully Bilingual ( French & English)
Strong leadership skills; providing coaching, feedback, and training to solve problems and quickly take corrective, preventive, and appropriate action, inspiring your team
Proficiency with computer systems
