Our company specializes in the resale of high-end footwear brands such as Jordan, Yeezy, Nike SB, and others. Hype Point also offers hype streetwear brands such as Supreme, Off-White, Vlone, Essentials, etc. Our products are rather rare and highly in demand.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and advise customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Conduct product demonstrations to highlight their features and benefits.
Answer customer questions about products, prices, promotions, etc.
Ensure a neat and attractive presentation of the store and products.
Manage sales transactions, including cash handling and using the pointofsale system.
Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Provide quality aftersales service, including handling customer returns or complaints.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and market trends.

Qualifications:

Comfortable with customers and providing them with an unforgettable experience.
Motivated to achieve results.
Resourceful and adaptable to respond to demand and opportunities in a constantly evolving environment.
Strong cognitive abilities and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
Flexible availability, including holidays and weekends.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Stay updated on the latest fashion/sneaker trends.
