Matthew Sapera Fine Homes is looking to hire two (2) general labourers to help assist at our ongoing residential construction projects.

As a general labourer your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Cleaning up the jobsite from debris and materials to ensure the jobsite is tidy, and presentable.
• Use of tools (brooms, etc.) and sometimes power tools when needed.
• Should be able to lift weight up to ~3540lb, if required.
• Follow the instructions from Superintendent to preform general labour tasks.
• Strong initiative and selfmotivated. Must be able to work independently.
• Cooperative, respectable and energetic attitude.
• Being punctual and showing up to work on time.
• Labour work will be interior, however some exterior labour work may be required.

High-school diploma is preferred but not required.
Must have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN).
Positions are for FULL TIME employment ONLY. Required Monday through Friday.


Salary:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour
