What can I expect to do in this role?: As the

Manager, Development and Maintenance, you will:

  • Collaborate across project workstreams to ensure open and transparent communications, alignment of vision and project goals, and coordinated progress of shared deliverables.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and delivery partners to mitigate risks and remove barriers, in support of successful implementation.
  • Coordinate and provide input to the development, tracking, and reporting of project financial forecasts in alignment with approved project budget.
  • Provide oversight and direction on creation and presentation of executive level materials including for example options analysis, status reports, briefing and decision notes.
  • Identify staffing needs, lead recruitment activities, make hiring decisions in support of project demands.
  • Promote a valuesbased and inclusive team through employee engagement, communicating deliverables, setting, and evaluating performance standards, and promptly addressing performance and employee relations matters.
  • Champion a respectful work environment across a diverse team that includes Cluster staff, clients, vendors, and delivery partners.

  • You can assess project progress, priorities, and risks to develop mitigation strategies.
  • You can ensure project delivery meets quality standards, schedule, and approved budget, while addressing changing or conflicting requirements.
  • You demonstrate the ability to coordinate project consultation and advisory meetings with external and internal stakeholders, partners, and consultants.
  • You can implement industry best practices i.e. Digital Business Modeling, Agile Development, Architecture, Integration, Quality Assurance, Project Management and System Operations.
  • You have demonstrated success in championing delivery of better, faster and cheaper digital services.


You have proven skills in assessing, identifying, and recommending technology options that meet client needs and align with organizational strategic goals including the Digital First strategy and Technology Roadmap Investment Planning.
