Description

Responsibilities:

  • Operate bulldozers to move and level earth, rock, and other materials
  • Clear and prepare construction sites by removing debris, trees, and vegetation
  • Ensure the safe operation of the bulldozer and perform routine maintenance checks
  • Follow project plans and blueprints to complete grading and excavation tasks
  • Collaborate with other construction team members to coordinate work activities

Skills:


  • Proficient in operating bulldozers and other heavy equipment
  • Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
  • Excellent handeye coordination and spatial awareness
  • Attention to detail to ensure precise grading and excavation work
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
