The Health Care Planning and Performance (HCCP) Unit is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of quality improvement strategies and frameworks to measure and monitor performance of health care programs and services in Ontario's correctional institutions and to facilitate and improve alignment with major provincial programs and related cross-functional initiatives.

HCCP provides expertise and advice to senior management and staff on program performance options, recommendations, risk and issues management strategies as they relate to correctional health care services.

What can I expect to do in this role?: In this role, you will:

  • manage the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of quality improvement and performance measurement strategies and frameworks to support provincial programs and related cross-functional initiatives with respect to health care services in Ontario's correctional institutions.
- provide expertise and advice to senior management and staff on program performance options, recommendations, risk and issues management strategies as it relates to the health care programs and services within correctional facilities.

lead a multidisciplinary team, using a quality improvement lens, to support the effective development
