What can you expect?

Lift Operators provide an outstanding experience for our guests. They are responsible for safely loading and unloading guests from the chair lifts as well as answering guest queries.


This job might be right for you if you enjoy:

  • Being the smiling face at the lift shack, there to support our guests on their way to an amazing run
  • Assessing guest needs and chair requirements in a safe and efficient manner
  • Charlie-TangoAlpha-Foxtrot using radios for communication, 10
  • Being a lean, mean snow removing machine
  • Being welcoming and sharing your knowledge about our awesome resort with our guests
  • Working in the great outdoors (it's cold).

And you have:


  • Previous guest service experience
  • Previous manual labour experience (an asset)
  • A positive and friendly attitude
  • Your own skis or snowboard or be willing to buy them
  • Beginner level or higher skiing or snowboarding ability (you'll need to complete a competency assessment).
