Administrative Assistant - New Hamburg, Canada - Klassen Bronze Ltd
Description
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Use the polycom voip system
- Prepare and distribute customer invoices
- File customer orders
- Distribute mail, faxes and documents
- Enter customer orders into the computer system
- Provide product information and quotations to existing customers
- Provide support for our sales reps
- Assist the GM with any administrative tasks and support as needed
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficient in using computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week

Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
