Position Description:

Specific responsibilities:

Management and coordination of informal and formal committee meetings including scheduling, agenda setting, tracking followups, and capturing meeting minutes
Ensure committee reporting and documentation requirements are met, followup on outstanding actions, and manage centralized mailbox for incoming committee requests
Produce meeting materials or work with presenters to create and validate presentation materials
Act as primary liaison between the committee and key stakeholders, including senior leadership
Produce accurate and concise materials for risk assessment and evaluation purposes by internal and external parties; assist on development of presentations where senior management is the main audience

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills:

8+ years of experience in Program management or governance leadership experience with proven track record of success
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of experience managing large or complex programs (within the last eight years)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus within dynamic teams, including technical specialists
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English)
High level of attention to detail and ability to present complex material in a succinct and concise way
Demonstrate good time management, ability to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines across multiple deliverables
Experience in providing updates to multiple levels of stakeholders in a clear, concise and transparent fashion
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; Jira and/or SharePoint experience preferred but not required
Strong team player with a high level of commitment; eager to learn new technologies to better support the role

Nice to Have:

Experience within the financial services or similarly regulated industry, as well as a solid technical understanding and background of delivery across infrastructure technologies.
Understanding of technology infrastructure (compute, storage, database, network, data centers, security, etc.), IT service management, and delivering major change programs in an infrastructure context
Ideally within the financial services sector, or other highly regulated sector
