- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 7+ years' industry experience in a related field
- 7+ years of experience in modern microprocessor hardware and softwareCPU/Microprocessor architecture (ARM, Intel, VLIW, Tensilica) with emphasis on microprocessor Core and SoC architecture for servers & mobile platformsInterface/peripherals protocols (I2C, USB, SPI, UART) for ARM CPU architectureInterconnect Architecture (Design, Bus Protocols, AMBA AHB, AXI, NoC)DDR & Cache System and Memory Controller ArchitectureExperimental techniques, lab experience in system and device-level functional testingKernel level coding and debugging, device drivers programming and IPCs, power management and scheduling.GPU / GPGPU architecture is an asset (e.g., graphics pipeline, shader cores, texture processing, graphics parallel processing and memory management, etc.)Xtensa Diamond Core architecture and ISA instruction set.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Manager, Systems and Process, the Senior Systems Analyst will participate in major projects and campaigns, and provide processor system architecture analysis, patent assessments and functional analysis, documentation and patent portfolio development. You will provide technical and Intellectual Property support to clients and be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
