We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
Laundry Attendant and are actively looking to meet the best and brightest talent that the hospitality industry has to offer.

Responsibilities:


  • Operate hotel laundry facility
  • Ensure adequate supply of linen and towels available to meet demand
  • Receive dirty linen and separate linens and towels by type
  • Wash and dry laundry following hotel policies and procedures
  • Prioritize loads as needed
  • Report supply needs to management as needed
  • Report any maintenance issues with equipment to management
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the laundry room
  • Follow all safety and OSHA regulations and other applicable state and local

Requirements:


  • Previous laundry or housekeeping experience a plus, but will train the right fit
  • Ability to lift 2530 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to stand and walk most of the shift
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
  • Comfortable in a fastpaced environment with multiple interruptions
  • A cando attitude and a handson approach

Salary:
From $16.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Moncton, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
