This available position is Full Time Graveyard shift.

Training for the CSR position will be determined based on availability for 2 weeks and/or equivalent to 80 hours, and will include knowledge of processing payments, cash, debit and credit, as well as cashing out your till at the end of your shift.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers when they arrive at the towing facility
  • Processing and releasing customers vehicles
  • Processing payments, cashing out and counting your till
  • Reviewing and double checking invoices
  • Assisting drivers with providing correct invoices and helping them cash out
  • Answering phones to help customers with finding their vehicle
  • Data entry, high accuracy

Requirements:


  • Has secondary school diploma
  • Has 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Has minimum 1 year of cash handling experience
  • Clean criminal record

  • Excellent communication
  • Type a minimum of 40 wpm
  • Team player
  • Strong multitasking
  • Professional and adaptable
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Is diligent in their work
