We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced software sales cycle environment.


Position Overview:

We are currently looking for an Order Management Specialist to fill a 6-month contract (with the possibility of renewal).

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Order Management Specialist will play a fundamental role in supporting Maya's order management processes, as well as financial and operational objectives.

You must be comfortable working with a large amount of numerical data and documentation, as well as possess a sense of urgency, and strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for all aspects of order processing and management, including detailed review of all orders to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Accurate entry of all orders into the internal sales database
  • Support our sales team by liaising with 3rd party supplier(s) to resolve orderprocessing challenges
  • Respond to inquiries on status of orders and related paperwork
  • Review customer contracts, purchase orders and quotations for terms and conditions, and ensure proper allocation to sales representatives for compensation

Minimum Requirements:


  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Organized, selfmotivated and able to work autonomously with mínimal assistance
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive with excellent problemsolving skills
  • Excellent relationship management
  • A DEC in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field
  • One to three years of work experience in a similar position
  • Experience in a software and services sales environment
