Our ideal Business Development Coordinator is an engaging, naturally curious, and driven individual with a passion for contribution and making a positive impact for clients and partners.

You will be a key part of the growth team, focused on identifying, nurturing and onboarding new business opportunities for the company.

They have demonstrated skills to engage, nurture and close new business opportunities.

This role will assist in prospect conversations as well as support the sales team and optimize results to achieve business growth objectives.

Responsibilities:


  • Proactively outreach and nurture relationships with newly identified targets
  • Grow our new business funnel with targeted qualified leads
  • Have a clear understanding of client pain points and how we solve them
  • Answer questions and reply to communications in a timely and impactful manner
  • Support with creation of marketing materials, proposals, sales documents
  • Keep a pulse on industry shifts and new clients needs to feed into product development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related; min 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, MailChimp, WordPress, CRM solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication and effective problemsolving
  • Engaging, energetic personality with a natural curiosity and hunger to learn
  • Driven and resultsoriented, eager to grow skillsets in career
