Assistant Maintenance Supervisor
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete assigned service requests in a timely manner.
- Perform insuite turnover activities, including light and heavy maintenance.
- Repair and maintain appliances, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Maintain grounds and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues to the manager.
- Comply with health & safety procedures.
- Provide superior customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of maintenance or related experience.
- Proficient with use of basic handheld and electrical tools.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Willingness to work oncall.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving skills.

Salary:
$65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
