The Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking a highly motivated programs specialist to improve the profitability of the Challenger 650, 3500 and Global 5500/6500/7500 platforms.

The selected individual will play an instrumental role in the analysis of the Bill of Material (BOM) of the different platforms to identify and propose cost reduction initiatives.

In your role, you will:

Analyze and categorize the bill of material (BOM) of each platform
Conduct bill of material (BOM) comparison studies across platforms
Work with the supply chain and finance teams to define cost reduction strategies through spend ratio analysis, true should cost, escalation formula or other supplier contractual aspects
Organize workshops with the supply chain team and external suppliers when required
Present your analyzes and recommend cost reduction strategies to the management team.
Manage cost reduction project governance and prepare the necessary content (Project charters, Key indicators, Variations, Risks & Opportunities)
Define and maintain standardized tools to manipulate and analyze the bill of material (BOM)
Identify and manage risks & opportunities by mitigating them with the functional teams.
Work in a multifunctional environment in which you interact with all levels of management.
Maintain efficiently and rigorously a large volume of financial data.

Qualifications

You have initiative, are resultsoriented and have the desire to make decisions.
You have strong financial and supply chain/logistics management skills, as well as strong analytical, planning and problemsolving skills.
You are an organized, autonomous person and you have leadership skills
You have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and are able to influence at different levels of the organization.
You have a university degree in engineering, finance, business administration or an equivalent.
You have experience using and understanding ERP systems (SAP an asset)
You have more than eight (8) years of relevant experience.
You master MS Office, TEAMS, with knowledge in database management.
You are bilingual and demonstrate good communication skills
