Description

We are looking for a Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager for a mid sized Public Accounting Firm located in North York. This role involves reviewing assurance files of junior staff. You also will be completing full files yourself in addition to reviewing that of the junior staff. You must be very hands on with the files.

Duties:

Manage the allocation of compilation and tax files to the junior staff
Review and Audit engagement file preparation
Manage junior staff for file preparation including training, guiding, mentoring and

fielding questions

Client facing as it relates to maintaining relationship, quotes etc.
Oversight of corporate and personal tax preparation of the junior staff

Requirements:

CPA enrolled or designated (Canada)
Caseware/view
Taxprep or Profile
Strong communication skills
Previous supervision skills

You must have current or relatively recent Public Accounting Firm experience.
