General Accountability

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Investment Relations Team and driving the search for new investments.

This position involves developing and executing strategies to promote and sell development limited partnerships, fostering key relationships within the investment community, and ensuring the successful handover of investments and condos.

Regularly providing updates to investors and collaborating with internal teams are integral aspects of this role.

Nature and Scope

Working closely with the CEO, the Business Development Manager will lead the Investment Relations Team, focusing on promoting and selling development limited partnerships, cultivating robust connections within the investment community, and supervising investment and condo handovers.

  • Knowledge of real estate investment and development processes.
