Members of JANA's Product Team, under the direction of the Head of Product and in heavy collaboration with JANA's Market Managers, JANA's Product Managers own JANA's sustainability.

Product Managers are single-threaded leaders responsible for a single product in a single market segment.

Product Managers are ultimately responsible for the P&L of their product, considering the operational needs of our Project Delivery teams and owning the execution of product roadmaps.

Product Managers drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for their product - including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch - in support of JANA's overall strategy and goals.

Product Managers must work together with Market Managers to ensure our products are attractive and easy to use, that our clients enjoy engaging with our products, and that we have embedded our clients' jobs-to-be-done into every aspect of our products.

Product Managers set the strategy for the Whole Product Offering, which augments the core product with additional elements required for the customer to have a compelling reason to buy.
