We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to start a career in sales and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the department.
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining client relationships.
Ensuring high customer satisfaction by assisting customers with the order process and answering any questions they might have about the merchandise.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
Willing to learn.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using computer software and systems.
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
