The mission of the Sponsorship and Exhibitor Sales Representative is to establish business relationships with senior Marketing, Business Development and Event Marketing contacts of companies who sell HR products to Human Resources and Training professionals.

You will do so by building relationships with clients and learning their goals and challenges with a consultative sales approach.

Our sales team offers best in class marketing solutions that will make our clients build their brand, syndicate content, and develop leads.

In other words - we make them successful

You will thrive off a high-energy environment with dedicated and collaborative team members who get the job done. You will be assigned specific accounts to build while also asked to hunt for new business.


Your Mission Should You Accept It:

  • Actively manage and grow a dedicated sales territory that includes a large, pre-existing customer base
  • Passionately pitch live event strategies to fill our expo halls and achieve revenue goals
  • Preplan client meetings and phone calls by conducting research and creating an agenda
  • Present clients and vendors our relevant product offerings
  • Close sales on our products to provide value to your clients and meet your yearly targets
  • Manage the creation and signing of all contracts and purchase orders
  • Regular contact with clients to ensure that they are getting value from our offerings
  • Upsell clients to add value and help them meet their goals
  • Share information such as priorities, KPI progress, where you need help and what you have learned that might help others
