    Job title: Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation and Integrated Stroke (10250)

    Description

    Rehabilitation Nurse

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an environment that promotes professional practice and customer satisfaction.


    The ideal candidate will have expertise in stroke and rehabilitation care, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of an interprofessional team. You will be responsible for comprehensive assessment, care planning, patient education, and discharge planning to support continuity of care throughout the patient's stay on unit.


    Required Skills & Qualifications:


    • Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses

    • Current BCLS certification

    • Minimum 1 year recent experience in medicine with emphasis on stroke and/or in-patient rehabilitation RNAO membership preferred
