Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to oversee our bakery operations.

The Bakery Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high-quality products, and providing excellent customer service.

This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage all aspects of bakery operations, including production and quality control
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop new products and promotions
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
  • Prepare dough for cakes, bread, rolls and sweet goods such as biscuits & cookies, icings, and frostings.
  • Operate all kitchen appliances (mixer, proofer, dough divider, oven)

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a leadership role in the food industry, preferably in a bakery or kitchen setting
  • Strong knowledge of bakery operations, including baking techniques, food handling, and sanitation practices
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of restaurant management principles is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour
